I’m just getting started. Is this for me?

Absolutely. Whether you're new to training or returning after a break, I’ll meet you where you’re at.

What equipment do I need?

We’ll use whatever you have! I’ll adjust programming based on your space and tools—bodyweight, dumbbells, resistance bands, or full gym access.

What if I can only train a couple of days a week?

That’s more than enough. I’ll help you get the most out of the time you do have. We work with your schedule, not against it.

Do you work with men too?

Yes! My main audience is women 35+, but I welcome men who align with my coaching values.
